Project Overview: Zhongde invested 64,861,500 RMB to expand a waste sand regeneration and new sand production line in the existing 27# workshop. After the completion of the project, it can reach the production capacity of handling 95,000 tons of waste coated sand and 0.5 million tons of waste inorganic binder sand annually. This expansion project does not involve the elimination or addition of medium frequency furnace and other melting equipment, but only the regeneration of waste sand and production of new sand, which does not involve the change of casting capacity in the plant. In November 2022, Henan Zhengheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. prepared the Environmental Impact Reporting Sheet of Key Technology R&D and Application Demonstration Project for the Recycling of Waste Laminating Sand and Inorganic Binder Sand. Xixia Branch of Nanyang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment made an approval on November 19, 2022 and agreed to the construction of the project. The document number of the approval is Wanxi Environmental Review [2022] No.50, and the approval document is attached as Annex 2. The emission permit has been applied for change. The construction of the project started in July 2022 and was completed in December 2023, and the trial operation was carried out from January 2024 to March 2024, and the project is now running normally and meets the requirements of environmental protection. At present, the project is running normally and meets the requirements for monitoring of environmental protection completion acceptance, so it can be accepted according to the stipulated procedures and standards. Zhongde Company commissioned Henan Jinqi Measurement and Calibration Inspection Co., Ltd. to organize monitoring technicians to carry out acceptance monitoring of the project for five days from April 16 to 20, 2024, and prepared the environmental protection acceptance monitoring report for the completion of the construction project based on the construction and operation of environmental protection facilities, the results of pollutant emission concentration monitoring, the approval of the environmental impact assessment report sheet and its implementation, and the comparison with the relevant national standards. The report is prepared based on the monitoring results of the construction and operation of the environmental protection facilities and the concentration of pollutant emissions of the project.
