Xixia County Zhongde Auto Parts Co., Ltd. actively responds to this call, not only persisting in sustainable development itself but also actively encouraging its downstream suppliers to adhere to sustainable development. Adhere to the path of sustainable development:
Supply chain sustainability refers to achieving a coordinated unity of economic, social, and environmental benefits through a series of strategies and measures in supply chain management.
Adhering to sustainable development helps enhance corporate image and competitiveness, reduce operating costs, avoid policy risks, drive innovation, and attract investment and talent.
By signing long-term contracts and sharing risks and benefits, suppliers are encouraged to continuously improve their sustainability capabilities.
Maintain cooperative relationships, record relevant contract information, and achieve strategic collaboration, integrated development, and shared benefits.
Requirements and proposals for downstream suppliers:
Suppliers are required to establish internal management systems that clearly specify minimum requirements in environmental protection, labor rights protection, and other areas, including but not limited to using renewable materials, reducing waste emissions, complying with labor laws, and addressing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues, covering the following:
Compliance with international labor and human rights standards is required, explicitly covering child and young workers, wages and benefits, working hours, modern slavery, women's rights, non-discrimination and harassment, ethical recruitment, and other aspects;
Clear health and safety standards must be established to ensure a safe working environment for employees;
Business ethics codes must be defined, including anti-corruption, data protection policies, information disclosure, fair competition, prevention of counterfeit substandard products, and protection of intellectual property rights.
It is recommended to improve energy efficiency during production, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and utilize renewable resources.
Promote continuous improvement:
Zhongde will provide suppliers with technical support, resource sharing, or training opportunities.
Record every step of the improvement process to ensure both parties can track progress.
Establish incentive mechanisms to encourage continuous enhancement of sustainability capabilities.
