Henan Zhongde Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and has developed in just over ten years into an important domestic and international automotive parts production base, with export business accounting for 50%. The main products are turbocharger housings, integrated casting axle housings, bimetal brake drums, new energy enameled flat wires, exhaust manifolds, bearing housings, and other castings. Among them, the market share of turbocharger turbine housings reaches 30%. It has been awarded titles such as National High-tech Enterprise, National "Specialized, Refined, Special and New" Little Giant Enterprise, National Green Factory, Henan Province Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, Henan Province Intelligent Factory, Henan Province "Gazelle Enterprise", Henan Province Quality Benchmark, and Henan Province Innovative Pilot Enterprise.
The group currently has six plants (five domestic, one overseas), with 1,313 employees, owns 63 invention patents, and has an annual production capacity of 10 million turbine housings, 5 million bearing housings, 200,000 axle housings, 2 million bimetal brake drums, 1,000 tons of enameled flat wire, 3 million exhaust manifolds, and other large, medium, and small castings. It possesses excellent design, production, and testing capabilities: mold design, casting process simulation, machining process simulation; 10 casting lines, over 200 machining lines, 2 shell sand regeneration lines; equipped with a CNAS-certified national laboratory, industrial CT, scanning electron microscope, X-ray flaw detection, AI automatic inspection, and various automated equipment widely applied. Its R&D, production, quality, and service rank at the forefront of the industry.
